Are you offering your full menu at this time?

Yes! Our full menu is now live! See something else you'd like? Mocktail? Coffee cart? Kids lemonade or Bubble Tea stand? Contact us to see how we can customize Indy Chai Cart to your needs!

What if I want a tea that isn’t on your menu?

We would love suggestions on what to add to our menu! If you have a tea that you would like featured at your event, we would love to try to accommodate it. Please email us at IndyChaiCart@gmail.com and we’ll try our best!

Do you take reservations outside of Indianapolis? 

​

Yes! We service the donut counties around Marion County. While we will also travel further, there will be a Travel Fee associated with the order for anywhere beyond 30 miles from Marion County.

1-30 miles: $25

31-60 miles: $50

61-100: $100

100+: $1 per mile round trip (may require additional charges for accommodation, etc)

Can your tea be sugar free for anyone with sugar sensitivity?

​

Yes! We can make our tea sugar free and provide sugar packets for those who would want it.

Can you customize the decor on the cart? 

​

Yes, the cart is customizable to a certain extent. If you have a decor scheme for your event, we will try our best to match it. If you have additional decor to spare for the cart, we can use it as well.

Can we rent just the cart?

​

We do not rent the cart by itself without a drink order at this time. 

​

Can we put our own drinks or food on the cart?

​

Generally, we do not allow any food or drinks beyond what we provide. This can be amended based on the food or drink you would like to include. Contact us to learn how!

What if I need to move the cart after it has been set up?

​

We do not allow moving the cart once it is set up. If the cart must be moved, an Indy Chai Cart representative must be present to move it, and there will be a $25 fee incurred. Moving the cart without authorization will result in a fine of $100.
